Hi,

I have an Reolink RLC810A camera which comes without UID (is made to work with a Reolink NVR).

I would like to use this camera somewhere else where I do not have NVR, the problem is that push notifications are not working without UID and I need to use port forwarding or VPN to remotely connect to this RLC810A camera, this is very problematic for me.

Is there any way to add a UID number for this camera? It looks like a software issue, I believe Reolink tech guys "could prepare" a firmware (to update/upgrade) for my camera what would write a new UID,
Other way would be to return this camera to Amazon and get a new one with UID but I bought it over two years ago and Amazon will not allow me to do that,

Any suggestions what I could do? I really like this camera but the last thing which I want is to buy a new one.

Why my camera is recording videos to many, small files to my FTP server when I set "max file lenght" for 500 MB?

Please check my settings attached,
camera is rlc 410 - 5 mp,
ftp server is in local network,
I am sure it is not because camera is detecting a montion,
I tried to set a smaller "max file lenght" for 100 MB and camera still records mix of small files,
tried to change "transport mode" from auto to passive and port,
all above without any success,

I would like to have all of my recordings just in one single 0,5 GB single file each after each,

How do I find the UID on a Reolink Argus ECO camera that doesn't have a QR label?

This is a WIFI camera (can not connect via LAN and check UID from that side) and I did not use it before in my Reolink app yet (can not check it there as it is my new camera).
Any chance to check UID if I would disasembly camera? Connect via telnet / console or any label might be inside?
Any chance to force the camera (after factory reset) to broadcast the wifi ssid to configure it?
