Hi, what are the firmware versions used on both cameras? This probably means the cameras hardware versions aren't exactly the same. You should compare them, you can check the label on the bottom of the camera and check which one works at 20fps / 5120kbps and 25fps / 8192kbps.This way, users will be able to identify them before making a purchase. There's a serious problem with Reolink products, they constantly label models with the same name and then change their specifications without properly notifying and labeling the new revision on the product page, so customers can know what the actual product specifications have changed and what they're really buying. This has been reported to customer support multiple times, but I haven't seen any changes since, when they promised that they'll fix it. This misleads customers and it would prevent the countless complaints and returns happening. It seems Reolink keeps repeating the same mistakes and they don't even know their own products and characteristics, this happens on every of their products lineups, including the E1 Indoor an all other models. It's just a real big mess and not acceptable.
