Hi, I can't seem to find any firmware upgrade for your RLC-520-A V2 (IPC_523128M5MP_V2) in the download centre.
I have read on other posts that this is not available.
Do you have an idea of when this would be ready?
We have two cams of this model in our set-up, and they are lagging behind in terms of features.
