@user_622187375816740_622187375816740 I guess you opted for a battery operated cam as there is no power outlet in the vicinity. If there is then Reolink has a number of cameras which entertain your request to have RTSP live streaming. In your case you can download the recorded videos (object triggered) stored on the SD or the cloud...... but you need Reolink client. Following this https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009597894-How-to-Download-or-Back-up-Recorded-Videos-from-the-Cloud
Correct; it's on a light pole overlooking a field in a public park. Thanks but manually downloading doesn't address the desired scenario. If there was at least some way to tell the camera to take a photo and email it every 10min or something, we could then parse the email into an automated workflow. Unfortunately, your firmware doesn't have that option.
@user_622187375816740_622187375816740 yes you can email a photo to a few number of recipients but when the camera is triggered. Cloud so far offers storage only.
Triggered but not scheduled, like every x minutes? Is the cloud accessible via ftp? I'm getting the sinking sense we chose the wrong brand for this scenario.
@user_622187375816740_622187375816740 Unfortunately battery/solar operated cameras don't provide 24x7 recording and don't support the RTSP streaming protocol. Thence you cannot provide live streaming to you tube. You need to opt for another Reolink camera supporting the RTSP protocol. I do not think this cam supports ftp (as most battery operated cam). Not included in specs. If each member has the Reolink client then there is a limit of 12 concurrent users (2 high res and 10 low res).
Is there a way to have the camera email a scheduled photo? What about an event driven by Reolink cloud rather than the camera?
Greetings,My model aircraft club purchased a Reolink Go PT Plus for our airfield. The goal is for any member to know who else might be out at the field. They'd see the feed or a newly captured clip every x minutes and act on that info, like deciding to also come hang out.Ideally, we could either frame the captured content within our own site or copy it to a shared location as an event-driven action (Power Automate, IFTT, etc.) Any recommendations on how to best accomplish?
