Reolink Cameras with Blue Iris without Using NVR?

I have the Reolink NVR and Reolink poe cameras. Can I use these cameras with Blue Iris and NOT use the NVR at all? I currently am using Blue Iris but have the NVR setup in Blue Iris and the cameras and not showing a sub stream this way. I want to reduce my cpu usage and would like to use substreams. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
