connection refused web browser

I have just got Argus 3 pro. When I want to connect directly to camera with web navigator by entering IP adress I got this message. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
Camera is on and I see live on smartphone appli and reolink PC. So wifi connection works.
Can you help me. Thanks
