Dear community, here is my REOLINK configuration: 1x NVR REOLINK RLN8-410 1x Camera REOLINK DUO 2 WIFI1x Camera REOLINK DUO WIFIAcquisition and installation in November 2022I have a problem that I cannot solve with my installation. For several weeks, the playback of videos from one of my two cameras, both recorded on my NVR, isn't working anymore. The video is properly recorded, but the NVR player shows a black screen for this camera, the playback is well working for the camera on the NVR.I have already checked and double-checked all settings, reinstalled the cameras and the NVR, but nothing seems to work. After extensive research, I can confirm that the video from the camera in question is properly recorded on the NVR's hard drive and can even be played on the REOLINK client on my phone or PC, but not on the NVR itself. Is my NVR broken? Should it be replaced?"
