My NVR recently stopped working out of the blue after working perfectly for the last 3-4 months.I cannot receive any video from my NVR to my monitor. I know the cameras are fine because the motion activated lights still work and the camera ports on the back of the NVR still light up. The NVR powers on, but instead of the HDD red light blinking when things are correctly working, the green Power and red HDD stay on constantly. Also, there are no LED lights coming from the back of the NVR connected LAN port.Following the suggested tips through the Support Center, I removed the top plate of the NVR to inspect the HDD as potentially faulty. I reseated all cables to the HDD and still no video to my monitor. I noticed the circuit card has a constantly on red LED1. Not sure if that is normal or not.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
