The update from windows client V8.8.5 to V8.10.4 is pixelated badly. Attached are the difference to the old and new versions of the same area. Please advise. The 1st pic is the new 8.10.4 the second is 8.8.5 - The default settings are the exact same.

My fairly new PoE DUO2 mount broke. The Plastic bracket cracked at the camera secure point and now has completely broken off. This has been up since i bought it, but today it started sagging and there you have it. Tonight it fell off. Please advise.
