I spent $360 CDN on two cameras and two magnetic mounts. The cameras are not performing as they should. Right from the first return email requesting a return and refund I knew it was going to be a ha*sle.The 30 day satisfaction is ridiculous. Paying shipping costs to return the item to them is the first problem they should offer this if they stand behind their product. They started with talking about the warranty and asking for screen shots and if I set up a motion detection area. They said something about the return being troublesome and time consuming, something about how if such and such wasn't done the package could be refused or destroyed, something about offering me a 5% discount and keeping the cameras... I mean seriously. I should have read the comments prior to purchasing these cameras and wasting my money. Don't waste you money. I will look to find a place to report them.
