@reolink-lorenz Thanks for the help, I have updated my NVR to the latest version and the problem is now fixed! Now all I want is for Reolink to release a really good low light camera! (A nice high end one that I would happily pay 2-3x the price for!)
Thanks for the reply! I don’t see that option on the iOS app. This is the screen I see where the top right icon (3 dots) selects the channel while the one I have highlighted is what I think should contain options for the 2 lenses, but only shows the wide angle clear or fluent. Not sure if connecting the camera direct without the NVR makes a difference on what the app detects and displays? Not easy for me to try as I don’t have a POE capable switch.
I am new to Reolink products so could be missing something very obvious! When I connect directly to my RLN8-410 NVR I can select both lenses during playback, but when using the iPad app I only seem to have access to to the wide screen lens. BUT, I believe when viewing the live feed in the app, I can select either lens where they are called “wide-angle clear/fuent” and Tracking clear/fluent” The selection options in playback are only “wide-angle clear/fuent”What am I missing?
