My RLC-1224A is switching automatically day (color) and night (black and white) mode. For some reason it keeps night mode on way too long, even when there is light enough for color mode. There is threshold level control, but it has minor if any effect. Camera picture is great and it works perfectly, but could switch to color mode in much dimmer light as what it does now. Can this threshold control be changed so that I can select the level more freely ?
Thank you for a quick reply. On which cameras is the option to force 5G ? I have two Duo 2, TrackMix and RLC-410W all bought within a month. I don't find on any of them that option..... ?? Others go automatically to 5G, but the RLC-410W does not and it is the one I have problems with.
I have the same "problem" with RLC-410W camera. It connects to 2.4Ghz, though 5Ghz is available and strong. Other Reolink cameras (two Duo 2 and one TrackMix) connect to 5G for some reason. Other cameras also work better and more reliable than RLC-410W. Would be good to have possibility to select which network cameras are connecting to.
Any progress with this important feature ?
Re: Where is the "Motion"?Would it be possible to add similar e.g. white rectangle on SD card videos showing what triggered the saving ? I get lot of faulty alarms, but would like to see what triggered them to be able to do somethong for them. I got a feeling that absolutely nothing changes on the video, but still something is triggering the the alarm.
