@fritofloyd_179160590835903 Hi there! Did you solve your issue regarding the uploading of motion alerts to the cloud? And if so, how? I'm having the same issues but the support agents, although helpful at first, stopped replying to my emails after I sent them a third email because nothing they said worked. I've also discovered that if I'm logged on to the app, then everything is recorded to the cloud servers. Otherwise if I'm not logged on nothing is recorded to the cloud. That's unacceptable if you ask me. The device ought to be recording motion no matter if you're logged in to the system or not. What if I go to check my emails on my phone, I'm then logged out of the live stream and nothing is recorded. Very odd. If anyone's reading this please fix the app or let me know of a robust solution.
