Why hasn't this been addressed yet? It seems common sense to be able to set one chime to 2 doorbells. What if someone has a front gate and a doorbell at the front door. If you have two levels it means you need 4 chimes which is ridiculous and also the lack of Sip calling to phones when hitting a doorbell makes it even more inconvenient.

@reolink-lorenz can you give us an update on when video call functionality is available? We need capabilities similar to Dahua and Hikvision, they both do video calls when you ring the doorbell. Reolink Remote access to the doorbell is useless via only a notification, most people ignore their phone when they hear a notification sound during work etc which is why a video call capability is needed, it also makes the other person on the doorbell side wait longer too hoping for a video call pickup.
