@Emile-Buurman_525437229072612 we've got it to work. Even though our nvr said that it had up to date firmware (and showed the latest version) we decided to manually make the nvr do a firware update.Hubby downloaded the reolink windows client from the Reolink website onto the pc. Then found the latest firmware for the nvr in the download section of reolink and unzipped to desktop. Then forced a manual firmware update on the nvr using the windows client software (go to device -> nvr (cog) -> system -> maintenance -> firmware update -> browse and then locate the PAK file that you've unzipped).We did factory resets on the TrackMix poe cameras and the everything then worked fine.
