Please add a Skip Forward and Skip Back button to Reolink's Windows Client version 8.14.2 Playback, in standard view and especially FULL SCREEN.See attached pictures how Windows Media Player allows us to Skip Back 10 seconds, and Skip Forward 30 seconds.I have the E1 Outdoor Pro and use my Windows 10 laptop to view Live View, and view Playback.I only record to a SD Card. The Playback feature records in 5 minute and 2 minute segments, making it difficult to find the exact point in time that created the Person/Vehicle/Animal event. Once inside the 5min/2min segment (especially in Full Screen) it is very cumbersome (impossible) to go backward/forwards when viewing the segment.
Other issues with E1 Outdoor Pro which prevents me from recommending the product.Motion Detection of animals is not good. Detection of animals beyond 20ft is hit or miss.Motion Mark is a total failure in its current state. The blue motion mark boxes constantly blink around non moving things such as rocks, bags of dirt, shadows in bushes, plant pots, etc. Adding Non-Detection Zones do not fix the problem.Auto Tracking has a mind of its own. Even when disabled, the camera will start moving right/left for no apparent reason.
I just received my E1 Outdoor Pro today and it also has the Motion Mark(Beta) feature.Motion is highlighted with a blue box on the Live View and Playback. This is my first time using a Reolink and the motion detection is crazy and doesn't seem to work correctly.I have two (shiny) bags of dirt next to each other in my back yard and the motion detection blue boxes keeping appearing around the bags every 10-20 seconds. The only thing occasionally moving in view are some leaves on a tree.I have disabled and/or set to zero all motion detection but the blue boxes keep appearing. The only way to stop the motion blue boxes is to go into the Non-Detection Zone and paint out/over the bags
