RE: Doorbell wifi - No audio on phone when Visitor ring or 2 way talk on iPhone/Android app

I got my video doorbell wifi last week and I have the same problem, you can hear me on the door, I don't hear anything on the phone app. I use a Iphone 14, IOS 17.5.1 and tried also the phone of my son (iphone SE 2020) but did not work.

Any help would be highly appreciated
