@zackster Hi there. Try looking at the Camera in the app (mobile app) and looking at the resolution for the Clear and Fluent streams. Reolink App --> Camera --> Display --> Stream --> Clear --> click the > Sign, and then tap the resolution. Verify that the device is set to the highest resolution.I have a similar issue with my RLC-843 when adding to Synology SS. It thinks the max resolution is less than the device is capable of, and I accidentally reset it to a lower resolution before I realized what happened. Reolink cameras seem to "crop" out the outside of the image when set to a lower maximum resolution, which gives it a zoomed-in look.Hope this Helps.
