I am trying to see if there is a firmware upgrade for my RLC-411WS and the link on the website is not working. most other camera links are working and download is started when clicked but only RLC-411WS is not. Please fix this**RLC-410WS download is also not working!!!!!
sorry for asking so many questions but i have another issue i would love to get a resolution for. In the reolink desktop client i dont have the option to view any of the cameras with the clear option. see screenshot.also the maximum frame rate that i can select for any of my 3 camera's is 25fps but they go up to 30 and when i access the camera's via browser i can set them to 30. wondering why this is like that. grayedout-2.pnggrayedout1.png
I also dont think its the camera only because i have 2 of the same camera on the same network running on the same blue iris and both lost the option to zoom in and out so i am almost positive its from blue iris. off topic question. are you guys planing on updating your desktop client to be more user friendly and stable any time soon ? and can the desktop software record 24/7 on local computer? I would much rather use your software then blue iris as i feel it should be better tuned since its made by reolink for reolink cameras. 1 last thing, today i purchased a rlc-410ws and noticed that i am able to hear the audio from the camera in the browser and in the reolink software but no live audio on blueiris, but when i review a recorded clip from that camera in blue iris i can hear the audio.
something is strange because it was working before , i have had the camera's and the software for less then 30 days (maybe 20 days) and it suddenly stopped working. can you confirm what version of blue iris you are using? maybe this could be the reason?

Hello, I have 2 RLC-411WS which i am using via blue iris (honestly because using browser and even reolink software is terrible (both keep dropping the video feed and desktop software keeps crashing)) Few days ago i was able to use the optical zoom function via blue iris but simply moving the mouse in the feed frame it would give me a plus and minus button which would trigger the camera to do an optical zoom but that function is no longer there, moving the mouse around the video frame and even opening the ptz options i am no longer able to perform optical zoom. Can someone please guide me on how to perform an optical zoom with blue iris ?Thank You.

Hello, I have 2 RLC-411WS cameras and im trying to use your desktop client to view them. question when clicking on the play button i cannot select the clear mode its grayed out , only balanced fluent and auto are selectable. am i missing something? i want to view the cameras at the highest quality possible and i am guessing clear is that which i cannot select. 2nd issue, Under Basic settings, Encode , Frames - the max is 25 and i know my cameras are 30fps so why no option for 30 fps ? 3rd issue , you guys have many different viewing modes like for 1 camera at a time or 4 or more but what about 2 ? can we get a nice split screen for viewing only 2 cameras ? 4th which i think you guys are already aware of, when the computer screens turn off due to computer not being used your software crashes on computer wake.
Hello, Does Reolink have an nvr that can handle 4 or 8 of these (RLC-411WS) cameras and record in full 4MP @30Fps ?the in camera sd card is nice but i want to record for 1 or 2 weeks at a time 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Also on a side note reolink desktop software seems to limit the fps to 25 while my camera supports 30 whats up with that ?

Hello, I got a RLC-411WS a few days ago and wanted to update the firmware but after downloading from reolink website the update failed. Now i want to know how do i check the current firmware version and what is the latest to compare and see if i need to do an update or not ? thank you and i have attached a screenshot of my current firmware from the camera. firmware.png
Hello, Just purchased the RLC-411WS and hooked it up this morning. Also i have a amcrest IP3-943 which i will be comparing this camera too. During day time the reolink quality was a bit better i guess due to it being a 4mp camaera but now its night time and the quality is horrible in my opinion. I changed it from black and white to color since our street is pretty well lit and the image is so grainy that its basically unusable. Yes i can switch it back to black and white and its ok but thats not the point. The amcrest seems to have a few more options regarding reducing grain and also has a selector for the 3D NR level which reolink does not seem to have. Also your software for desktop needs a lot of improvement. too many issues to list here honestly. Another issue is your android app. when the video is streaming and i click on the screen to view in full screen mode the quality goes down to un-watchable levels. I really wanted to keep this camera and buy 6 more for the whole house. i was really excited in the afternoon when there was sunlight and the quality was good but due to the poor night time quality this camera is going back unless you guys are going to release an update in the next few days to fix this. Oh and almost forgot. I thought maybe i should update the firmware so visited your website and downloaded the correct firmware for my device. to start off with the issues here. You need to tell your customers what is the new version number and where to check the previous and so on. i spent like an hour trying to figure out if i have the latest firmware or not and was not able to find the answer. Now i figured ill just update it and hope it fixes the issues but during update it failed so i now completely gave up.
