And after a while offline again
@viktor_sc Just tested to reboot one camera. After the reboot it's shown online...
@crimp-on_62210811129 Actually, my cameras send data all the time to my Synology NAS (Surveillance Station). But both, camera(s) and NAS are connected to the switch. So in theory, the switch should send the data directly to the NAS without routing it to the router But even if I connect through the reolink app (which envolves the router using wifi) or the Surveillance Station, the status doesn't change. Offline all the time according to the router...
@crimp-on_62210811129Hi, yes they get the IP from the router using DHCP and the router is configured to provide always the same address (kind of static) to the cameras.I have other devices (but not PoE) configured similarly, they all work fine. It's just these two cameras. Thanks,Viktor
Hi,I'm using two RLC-520A cameras that are connected to a Netgear GS316P switch. The switch is connected to my AVM FritzBox router.Everything works and I can access the cameras and all is fine! But in the web interface of my router both cameras are shown as offline (not used connection). The vendor AVM sais it's because the cameras don't provide status information to the router. Is there a way to change that? Or is there a reason for this behaviour? Thanks,Viktor
