@kristof I tried to change the object size as well, but that didn't work either. Today I noticed that motion detection works again, but no there is still not human recognation. Intresting thing, as I haven't changed the settings since last week. I hope Reolink is working on the firmware which will fix my issue and most important do something with visitor notifications, cause I expect that my doorbell will make a fake call (like other brands do) instead of a short notification which is so easy to miss.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I do get a notification when someone presses the button, but that's it. I don't get any notification when the movement is recognized. It's also not marked on the playback timeline.
I've finally bought Reolink Doorbell and I use it with a MicroSD card at the moment. I've enabled motion/AI only recordings, which was working fine for the first few days, but a few days ago the doorbell stopped recognizing any motion/AI events. The regular recording works, but I can't see any motion/AI events. What I have done so far to fix it:I tried to restart the camera to the default settings - no luck,I disabled and enabled motion recording - no luck,I changed sensitivity settings - no luckIs there anyone who had a similar issue? Thanks
