My new Wi-Fi doorbell keeps losing the colours ,it keeps changing to a purple overlay. I have rest everything to default I have updated the firmware to the latest and a full factory reset, but every now and the it loses colour after rebooting and resetting it sometimes comes back but after a couple of days it goes back ??
