Delay in alerts

Hi I have your Argus Eco, the camera is in a location with a download speed of 154 Mbps, and an upload speed of 72 Mbps, the problem is the delay in getting alerts, some times it happens within a few seconds, but most of the time its several minutes, which defeats the object of having it as its monitoring the entrance to our property. I also have a Ctronic battery powered Solar camera in the same location using the CloudEdge app and that always notifies me within seconds of an alert. I have turned of battery optimization for your app on my phone, so its always monitoring, hope you can help
