HelloAt the moment i own a cheap ONVIV camera which only streams in the RTSP-Format. So its not possible to embed the Stream to my Website because actual Browsers don't support the RTSP-Protocol.I'm thinking about buying an "Reolink RLC-511WS", but i need to know if it's possible to stream that to my Website. (Which protocols this Camera (Reolink RLC-511WS) supports?)At the moment, i can connect to my actual ONVIV-Camera from outside with VLC. I also wrote a python script which makes every minute a screenshot and uploads it to my Website (overwrite to old Image). I can make nice Timelapses with the pictures. But i'm interested in a livestream on my website, not just static pictures every minute. Is that possible ?Best regards
RLC-511W supports the following protocols:Network Protocol: HTTPS, SSL, TCP/IP, UDP, UPNP, RTSP, SMTP, NTP, DHCP, DNS, DDNS, FTP, P2PFor more details, please contact https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hello,I found your question about live stream from the RLC-511 reolink camera and I am wondering if you could teach me to at least use such script to refresh images every x seconds.I used to have such on an old website but can't find the info to get such to work anymore.Thank youMar
Sorry i read it today.A Raspberry (OS: Rasbian) has a Python-Script which will make every minute a Screenshot of the RTSP-Stream and make a connection to my FTP-Server and upload it to there. The Script is startet every minute with crontab.I'm not sure how i should explain it to you.
Hi, were you able to embed the live stream to your website? I am on the same boat but could not view it. It looks like the web live view doesn't support Xframes if the origin is different. Please let me know if there is a workaround. I am using a RLC-520.
You can try to use the URL to stream the videos. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006240073-Request-for-RTSP-URL
