Problème enregistrement extension de garantie

Bonjour j'ai commandé sur Amazon
(X1) RLK16-820D8-A
(X4) RLC-822A
(X2) RLC-810A
(X2) RLC-423-5MP
j'ai réussi à enregistrer le NVR qui comprend le NVR et les 8 cam 820A vendu avec pour l'extension de garantie, mais pour les caméras (x4 822A) (x2 810A) (x2 423) je n'y arrive pas car sur l'application je n'ai que le NVR car toutes les caméras son connectées sur le NVR et même si je scanne le QR code des camera, comme le NVR les a prise en charge, l'application voie les cameras mais je ne peut par me connecter dessus en direct il n'y a que le NVR qui voie leurs images et le probleme est que pour pouvoir enregistrer l'extension via l'application il faut pouvoir rentrer dedans.
Comment puis-je faire pour enregistrer mes 8 caméras qui sont en plus du kit NVR?
si quelqu'un peut m'aider svp je voudrais bien pouvoir avoir les 2ans et 6 mois d'extension qui me sont dù…

I managed to register the NVR which includes the NVR and the 8 cam 820A sold with for the extended warranty, but for the cameras (x4 822A) (x2 810A) (x2 423) I can't do it because on the application I only have the NVR because all the cameras are connected to the NVR and even if I scan the QR code of the cameras, as the NVR supported them, the application sees the cameras but I cannot connect to it live there is only the NVR which sees their images and the problem is that to be able to register the extension via the application you must be able to enter it.
How can I register my 8 cameras which are in addition to the NVR kit?
if someone can help me please I would like to be able to have the 2 years and 6 months of extension which are due to me ...

Hi there, if you would like to add the cameras to the NVR and App at the same time, you need to connect the nvr and the camera with a PoE switch. Please follow the connection method in method one.
