Using networked POE on a 8 or 16 channel DVR

We're looking to replace our PC running blue iris with a dedicated Reolink NVR. All of our cams are Reolink 410's. Can we use a mix of directly connected POE cams and those that are on the network getting their power from another POE source? Or do we need to run direct lines for each back to the NVR?

The NVR needs to work in LAN. So you need to run direct lines for each back to the NVR.
