Document the Update History for client software

Hello,
I haven't found release history for client or app software here on site.
I think it would be good to have the changes documented from release to release available to the end user.
The user would then be able to decide whether or not it is worth the upgrade based on the changes made.

I agree, a clear set of release notes would be great to see. Also any breaking changes.
