RLC-410 initial setup using Relink Client App

I am trying to use a RLC-410 camera with a TP-link 5 port/4 port POE switch using the Reolink Client app. The app does not locate the camera. I have a BGW210 router. I have the switch connected to the router. The camera is connected to the switch in a POE port. I have tried with the computer connect to the router and the switch with neither version working. What am I missing?

@roetting1_461963570241686 Hello there, you may follow this guide to set up port forwarding in the router interface, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003544134-How-to-Forward-Ports-in-Router-Interface-for-Reolink-Products-, and see if the Reolink Client locates your camera.

Also, make sure that you are using the Reolink Client app under the same LAN as your camera. Or, you may try to add the camera via UID. Hope this helps.
