      Hello all,

I have a problem with my Go PT and charging with the solar panel.
The battery gets more and more empty although the solar panel ist placed correctly and there are regulary enough hours of sunshine to get charged.
I tried this with different Go PT cams, always the same.....
The same solar panel works fine with other cam models.
It seems, that the solar panel does not produce enough power to charge the Go PT battery.

Does anyone have same experiences oder perhaps tipps for a solution?
      Thanks in advance

      Kind regards
      Andreas

@schoizi Hello Andreas, here is a troubleshooting guide for your reference, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002172643-Why-Solar-Panels-Charge-Slowly. If these won't help, you may contact our support team for a further look into the charging issue, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

@reolink-lorenz Thanks for this link. I checked the cam with this tutorial several times. Everything is fine. Another reolink cam (another model) is mounted only a few metres away and there is no problem.
I contacted the support team twice and they always say, there would be no problem with the cam.
In the last four days it lost 15% capacity although I only was connected once a day and had only one detection. Sun was shining... 😞
            No solution at sight.... 😞

@schoizi Thank you for the feedback. You may take a screenshot of the camera info with UID and post it here or send it to lorenz#reolink.com (replace # with @). I will ask our team to look further into the issue later.
