Bad FTP images

Images saved on a server via FTP are faulty. Parts of the image below are always missing, sometimes just a few pixels or even half an image.
RLC-410 and RLC-410W are affected.
Is the problem known and is there a solution?

Hello @fefi, thank you for the feedback. You may submit a request here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, and attach the camera info, including hardware and firmware version, to the request. Our team will look further into the issue and get back to you asap.
