Hi All,
I am in the process of getting (6) 812A returned for (6) 810A as I ordered the wrong ones with my NVR . & I just picked up a Additional 3 indoor security cams that were refurbished because why not? So anyway I noticed that the 810A have a pre order date so does that meen they are now on backorder? Thanks

When you shop on the page and click "Add to Cart", you will see the estimated shipping date. If you would like to know when your return order will be arranged, you can reply to the RMA email and ask for the shipping date. Or you can tell me your ticket number and then I can ask the team for you.
For the refurbished cameras, what's your problem with them?

Amazon shows the RLC-810A (one, or pack of two) with "Prime One Day Delivery". That would seem to indicate that they are not on "back order".
(It also has no relevance about the process or returning one product for a different product.)
Back order - unlikely. When your shipment will arrive? That previous post seems to point to the key information.Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@crimp-on_62210811129 I got the returns done and the 810A back.. everyone has been great and responded quickly .. so as long as the customer service keeps being awesome, Reolink is going to be a major player in the home security market.
P.S. do you have any "door bell " cams? -
I, personally, have no doorbell cam. Really frustrated trying to find the right "fit" for my setup. I have Reolink cameras, Wyze cameras (love them), and not interested in Ring. There are SO MANY doorbell cameras to choose from, but I do not want to add a third camera "app". I am "odd" because I have no NVR. (only cameras with SD cards which FTP motion recording to an FTP server).
Wish I could recommend a doorbell camera, but I am still "on the fence". -

We are making the doorbell now. Stay tuned!
