Static IP cameras not directly connected to NVR.

@jeffabuck_475335209001117 I wanted to use the NVR to connect to a static IP camera not directly hooked into NVR, is this possible? If it is possible, how?

I have model RLN8-410 NVR AND RLC-811A cameras all with static IPs and all seen on the network individually, but not hooked directly into NVR, so not being recorded.

Hi, for the PoE camera, it still needs to connect to the NVR with the cable directly. Or you can connect the camera to the PoE switch which is under the same router as the PoE NVR. In this situation, you can also record the video to the NVR.
