Any remedy for snowflakes setting off camera alerts. Alerts for snowflakes but not for deer crossing in front of camera. Setting of 29

Hi Sandy, you can try to upgrade to the latest firmware on our website. We have upgraded the smart detection model and feature in this firmware. Download it here, Download Center – Reolink.

After the upgrade, you can use the "Alarm delay" feature and lower the sensitivity of any motion detection. Hope it can solve the false alert of the snow.
