The latest firmware for Reolink IP cameras and NVRs have been released on our website, please go to Firmware Download page to download the latest firmware and update to your device.

For those IP cameras with earlier versions than Version 1168_160708, please NOTE:

1. For IP cams with a SD card (such as 410S, 410WS, 411S and 411WS), you need to update the firmware and then format the SD card. Otherwise, it will cause issues with the recordings in the SD card.

2. For an IP cam working with our PoE NVR, you also need to update the NVR firmware to the latest version. Otherwise the audio preview won’t work.

3. The updates will leave the admin password set to the default (blank). Please reset the password once you’ve updated the firmware.

Fixes & Improvements:

1. RTMP port is available to change

2. Fixed some bugs.
