Mobile app and Android auto

Hello,

I have a Volkswagen T-Roc with Android Auto system and a OnePlus 8T.
All software versions of car, phone and Reolink are up to date.

I connect my mobile to the car via Bluetooth and I can use Waze, Maps, etc...

But if the alarm activates (push) on the Reolink app, I have no sound, no notification on car, nothing.
The notification is just on the phone screen.
If I unplug the phone from the car, I get the sound alert.

It's a big problem because I'm not warned in case of detection when I'm driving.

Do you have this problem?

@gsxr38_333329020608742 Thank you for the feedback. I am afraid that our mobile app is not 100% compatible with an Android Auto system. Our team will take a further look into the issue and see if we can get it fixed in a future update. Big thanks for your feedback again.
