I got a couple of your duo POE cameras first at a problem was old firmware updated as told by you and it worked fine both cameras I unplugged one camera do use a different camera and when I plugged it back in it only sees one camera again? What can I do to get the other side back

You can try to delete the DUO camera on your NVR monitor. Then add the camera back and assign another channel for the DUO.
