Setup of RLC-410W

I have successfully setup a Lumas which connected first time to my home wifi. However, I cannot setup the second camera which is a RLC-410w. I have followed the instructions and plugged into a LAN port (4) at the back of my router. But, it will not connect. I have also failed to input IP address and port number as I am unsure what to enter. I do not know what the UID is for this new camera. Can anyone help who might have found themselves in this situation? Regards, Stephen.
