I recent added a RLN16 to my system. Previous I have ran POE cameras directly to the switch but ran out of POE budget for the additional cameras I am adding. Overall I am very happy with the RLN16 but I do not understand why the NVR has it’s own DHCP server. Is there any reason why Reolink simply could not allow to turn off the DHCP server? Are features/functionality gained by this?
