Hello,I am using a RLC-422 (build 16091803, HW IPC_3816M, FW v2.0.0.1215_16091803) to generate *.mp4 via motion detection - so far so good. These *.mp4. are uploaded to my private ftp-server. Every 6 hours I move these *.mp4 to my private webserver and create automatically an index.html - so far so good.Unfortunately all *.mp4 are only playable locally. When trying to see them remotely I do only get the sandbox - the length of the video is also not visible (except of my iPad)The mime-type .mp4 is defined, so that is not the issue.Have tried the following clients:
Hi, we have a test for you and the motion record *.mp4 we created as index.html is playable.Refer to: Also our engineer said your index.html: seems wrong. Please kindly check it.
Hello Support,thanks for the answer.Unfortunately I am not able to see your video, you only inserted a *jpg, but no link to the video.Have checked Google and again my index.html - I do not see an error. In case your engineer is telling you that the index.html is wrong, please tell me where to edit.Have tested again the my *.mp4 to convert it with ffmpeg (ffmpeg -i 01_20161005205854.mp4 -c:v libx264 -preset ultrafast video.mp4) - and this mp4 is playable locally and remotelyMediainfo of video.mp4:GeneralComplete name : video.mp4Format : MPEG-4Format profile : Base MediaCodec ID : isom (isom/iso2/avc1/mp41)File size : 19.6 MiBDuration : 1 min 5 sOverall bit rate mode : VariableOverall bit rate : 2 498 kb/sWriting application : Lavf56.40.101VideoID : 1Format : AVCFormat/Info : Advanced Video CodecFormat profile : Baseline@L4Format settings, CABAC : NoFormat settings, ReFrames : 1 frameCodec ID : avc1Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video CodingDuration : 1 min 4 sBit rate : 2 519 kb/sWidth : 1 920 pixelsHeight : 1 072 pixelsDisplay aspect ratio : 16:9Frame rate mode : ConstantFrame rate : 14.250 FPSColor space : YUVChroma subsampling : 4:2:0Bit depth : 8 bitsScan type : ProgressiveBits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.086Stream size : 19.5 MiB (99%)Writing library : x264 core 148 r2638 7599210Encoding settings : cabac=0 / ref=1 / deblock=0:0:0 / analyse=0:0 / me=dia / subme=0 / psy=1 / psy_rd=1.00:0.00 / mixed_ref=0 / me_range=16 / chroma_me=1 / trellis=0 / 8x8dct=0 / cqm=0 / deadzone=21,11 / fast_pskip=1 / chroma_qp_offset=0 / threads=3 / lookahead_threads=1 / sliced_threads=0 / nr=0 / decimate=1 / interlaced=0 / bluray_compat=0 / constrained_intra=0 / bframes=0 / weightp=0 / keyint=250 / keyint_min=14 / scenecut=0 / intra_refresh=0 / rc=crf / mbtree=0 / crf=23.0 / qcomp=0.60 / qpmin=0 / qpmax=69 / qpstep=4 / ip_ratio=1.40 / aq=0Language : EnglishAudioID : 2Format : AACFormat/Info : Advanced Audio CodecFormat profile : LCCodec ID : 40Duration : 1 min 5 sDuration_LastFrame : -28 msBit rate mode : VariableBit rate : 21.3 kb/sMaximum bit rate : 128 kb/sChannel(s) : 2 channelsChannel(s)_Original : 1 channelChannel positions : Front: CSampling rate : 16.0 kHzFrame rate : 15.625 FPS (1024 spf)Compression mode : LossyStream size : 172 KiB (1%)Language : EnglishDefault : YesAlternate group : 1Regardsroland
Please close the case. I have asked a colleague and he tried to view the *.mp4 remotely and it was working. A PC of another colleague does not work. But in general it seems to be a problem of the browser.
