Reolink 811A license plate reading at night

In the day, no problem. I've got my cameras on a pole about 30 feet from where I want to capture the plate. At night, it's just a blurry mess, so bad that it look like there's a box on the back of the vehicle instead of a license plate. These cars are only going 20 mph at most. Any suggestions/tweaks?

ive been looking at a separate IR light as the built in one causes reflection off the number plate surface.
other option is if you can use the spotlight for night time vision.
