@reolink-fiona ive ran new ethernet cable under the house and setup POE ready to go to test mine. Will be a great addition to the Reolink family...
Review Trackmix LTE Plus So I have been lucky enough to test out the new Reolink Trackmix LTE Plus camera. Photos and links to some clips are below. I have been provided with a test unit with no financial benefit other than writing a review of how I have found it. Build Quality:This set appears to be made very well. Everything went together without any issues. The solar panel and bracket are made to a high standard and all arrive packaged very well. The solar panel mounting bracket and arm are very heavy duty, possibly an overkill but doesn’t impede operation at all. You will need a solid mounting point for this setup as it does weigh a decent amount (package was around 15kg total). The movement of the PTZ works well as does the motion detection. Camera was used in an area with excellent 4g signal and there was a slight delay in movement from client. I found that setting a few way points was a better option and was smoother than trying to manually move the camera.Recording: recording quality is at a level that I would expect for a camera like this. Certainly not movie quality, but it is designed for operation where normal wifi connection is not available. The zoom works well, even at night. Ive used the camera where there is a long distance to cover and I have no issues. The dual lenses worked well and is fantastic to be able to zoom in a fairly long distance.Battery:So far we have not had any issues with battery levels dropping. The panel keeps the battery at 100% all day and have only had it down into mid 90% during the night time. Time will tell with a week or 2 of constant cloud and rain, but I still don’t think will have any issues. Conclusion:So far this is the best 4g battery camera I have used. I don’t see any issues with battery and build quality exceeded what I would have expected for this type of camera. The included tool kit was also a nice touch. Only complaint is the sheer size, which really is not an issue and hoping that there is future software updates to improve some of the response to moving the camera, other than that I do highly recommend.
This has been asked many times and still needs to be asked again. Can Reolink please put in a process for the firmware update/download page to be update with the latest firmwares (and preferably previous versions)as this is creating massive confusion as to what the latest versions are. Ive got cameras that have been updated 2 or 3 times via updates beingemailed on request and the versions differ drastically to what is on the site. This would also save many of the customer complaints on all media platforms.I have also send this request into support numerous times too.

@reolink-fiona Things I would love to see, although I think Reolink is going in the right direction1) Standalone Infrared light that could be used alongside cameras.2) A large image sensor version of the 811A cameras, that has improved image quality and clarity. Something with very high image detail3) software improvements for app/client effeciency and software/firmware update via app/client
@joseph_1979 I believe the standard RLC-511W is limited to 128gb, and the WA is 256gb. https://reolink.com/files/docs/specs/RLC-511W-IP-Camera-Specifications.pdf
No issues so far. I have reached out to support for the change log details
@reolink-lorenz This is an excellent step forward in improving customer service.

@reolink-daisy Im sure there will be lots of excited people with this news. Excellent step in the right direction.
@brotherofaduck_679839832957675 Also email that to support. More people that send that through more likely it is to happen.
@reolink-oskar Its great to see more cameras supporting WIFI-6
@luke_537322793328769 The firmware update log should let you know what changes are included. I wouldnt have thought they would have removed time lapse, and normally there shouldnt be anything removed unless its stated in the update details. 'Normally'...
@chopstix_887064913674433 Also see if adjusting the anti-flicker settings works. I had a similiar issue previously that this caused this issue, unsure why though.
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 I have the black battery now, everything works fine, no issue including vehicle detection. my previous black POE doorbell had people detection fine, but mine wasnt in an area to detect anything else. There can be hardware, software limitations or even a combination for each feature to roll out.The black wifi with the latest firmware has vehicle detection, but being a doorbell, may not have as long detection rangeas other cameras.Overall i have no issue with any of my cameras, and I have over 15 running at present of a range of models.Ensure your camera is updated to the latest firmware, but also make sure its the right firmware as there is differences based on hardware, or if connected to the HVR/HUB.
@westhaven-tcotu_847788504817806 I can only see package detection in the app, not on the windows client too and it does work. I have doorbell battery though. Also confirm with support you have the right firmware as there was an issue with some people putting the wrong doorbell firmware on.one was a standalone and one I believe for hub/HVR connected.
@haleyeah64_520713375768739 Forward your requests to the Reolink support email. They will then pass onto those who make these decisions as they generally dont read requests on here.
@mrg_694442579841256 email your request to support.
@arguello-s-home_248197065830566 Please pass this on the Reolink support. support (at)reolink.com
@arguello-s-home_248197065830566 Email support and they can send out the newest version for your camera.Sometimes a newer version number is released although is the same as a previous, so they dont update. Unsure why though.
