Stream to Google Home when people detected

Hi everyone,

I would like my reolink cameras to automatically cast to my Google Homes whenever a person is detected. I have the AI versions of the reolinks so I don't need blueiris. I am happy to setup home assistant if that will make this doable. Preferably, I would like to do this with to do this with just the app. I am thinking maybe using the FTP upload function? Does anyone have an easy solution to auto cast when there is a new FTP file?

Open to all solutions.

I want to have the functionality to use BOTH of my monitors same time; means i want to view e.g. 4 cams on monitor 1 and the other 5 cams on monitor 2. then the 9 gets bigger than viewing 9 cams on only 1 monitor
