      How do I get the older versions of NVR firmware. I have two separate NVR's. Both are RLN8-410's. One is hardware version N3MB01 and one N2MB02. Ever since I upgraded to the latest version on each (build 22102413 and 22102439 respectively) I have had issues where they don't record. I can view live, but nothing is recorded. I have reset to factory defaults multiple times. I have formatted the hard drives. I have also unset/re-set the recording options. Nothing seems to work. Also, the upgrade broke the Scenes Modes, where no alerting is done. I just want to get back to the previous firmware version for each hardware.

          @eric-jackson_493359924367559 To get the old firmware, you can try to contact our support team and then tell them your problem first. Our tech will give you the proper firmware to figure out the issue. You can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.

            @eric-jackson_493359924367559 Hi there, we have found the issue and it is caused by a new feature, the recording schedule switch, on the NVR. But this button is not available on our APP/Client. So the setting is not synchronized and conflicted. Now the solution is to enable the record and record schedule button on the NVR UI or Web UI. We will update this feature in our APP/Client in the future APP/Client version.
