      Hi ,

      My Camera E1 Outdoor , record video , when OBJECT cross outside the movement area. I add filter for minimum dimensions , and paint for mouvment area , but all object are detect in and off mouvment area .I have a lot of video on my cloud. I already change the sensibility and , i'm now on LOW settings (4-5). This problem can be because i have no install micro SD card inside ? thanks for your help .

            Hi , My Hw Version for E1 Outdoor , actually is IPC_523SD8 , Settings version V3.1.0.0. , Micro Settings V3.1.0.989_22081906 .
            for me all firmware are updated . I have to Contact support ?
