Getting control of pc monitor back

Had trouble getting back the control of my pc monitor. Was stuck with black screen with arrow and no controls visible. I had tried to view E1 outdoor on pc after viewing on Samsung S10 and getting used to on-screen controls on phone. The image on my monitor was still of the office while setting up camera, tried getting accustomed to control view with pc and ended up with a black screen with an arrow head like "play" icon and had terrible time stumbling on a way to get the monitor back under my control to use the pc for other issues.

@bginnmfg_603617149968676 Are you running Windows 11 on a new pc? If yes please follow the procedure outlined some days ago on how to disable hw acceleration.
