I have 2 RF-810a POE cameras up. They were working just fine. I had to switch out my providers modem/router for a basic cable modem. Now the cameras will not connect. I just loaded the Reolink app on my new computer and both cameras popped up, but no connection. I have- reset everything - modem, switch, cameras and nothing. I can see the cameras IP address and they are not aligning with modem IP but not sure if that is an issue. Thoughts?

Do you have a router connected or just the modem? Maybe it needs a router for the extra devices?

@lehmad_611496381804575 What you have is a fibre ONT. Therefore you need a router with DHCP. Connect the output of the ONT to the WAN of the router.

Thank you both!! It worked. I purchased the cheapest router I could find at Walmart. I put if between the cable modem and. POE switch and rebooted everything and it worked.
