Noticed that I am getting weird green and magenta shapes on picture snapshots that I take with an Argus 3 Pro camera (purchased November 26, 2022). Updated firmware via a support request to latest version (v3.0.0.1462_22102900) on Dec 8, 2022. The shots are taken using the Reolink Windows Desktop Program version 8.10.0-beta. Here are examples both during night and day:
As far as I can tell video recordings dont seem to be impacted for both the auto-record from the camera (and download of the clip to pc) or direct record when using the Reolink Desktop client.Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@keithsrobertson The issue has nothing to do with the camera but rather the client and the graphic driver. I guess this will not occur if you take a snapshot using the Windows snipping tool. Can you try it? Did you get the same outcome with version 8.8.2?

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 Yes it appears ok when using the mobile app - so I agree probably the client. I have a radeon 5700xt graphics card, but have the hardware decoding off in the client settings.

Checked my E1 Pro and its doing the same when taking snapshot pictures from the Reolink client
