Locked out of app - can't recover password or change user - EI camera

App login - forgot password, can't recover it, can't change user. Locked on password screen with no options. Created new id and password on Web access. No way to change user ID to enter new password to access E1. Uninstalled/reinstalled on phone (Android) app but still can't access.

Any ideas on how to use the Android app to access???

@lynnelko88_536587443753194 If it is installed go to setting, applications and find reolink. Click on it and click on storage. Click on clear data and clear cache. Go back and uninstall reolink client. Then install it again and check whether there is any request for password. Of course you have to start from scratch as you need to add cams again. But it is not a big deal unless you have tens of cameras.
