Rlc 822a continuous record

Quick question . If I setup continuous record in the Reolink phone app and go to playback, why do I get multiple videos? Are they contiguous? I had assumed it would be one long video on a timeline. I do t have an nvr I’m just testing the camera to see if I like it before I invest. I’m using an Sd card to record.

Yes, it is a long video on a timeline if you choose continuous recording. You can also choose the type of alarm video you want to check, any motion, person or vehicle.
