I cannot add my two RLC-410W cameras to my cloud subscription

I cannot add my two RLC-410W cameras to my cloud subscription as they do not show up in the list of cameras to select. Why?
My other Reolink cameras do work with the Reolink cloud subscription I just signed up for.
